On Sunday
Bay Shore Church holds a traditional worship service on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. (other than on Easter). Music is sung by the Chancel Choir and congregation, accompanied by pipe organ. Other instrumental music used on selected Sundays includes piano, trumpet or brass ensemble, string quartet, flute, harp and harpsichord.
The sacrament of communion is offered on the first Sunday of each month. All persons are welcome to receive the elements, whether church members or not. Communion is served early in the service in June and on World Communion Sunday in October for children to participate. Baptisms occur during the service at mutually agreed-upon dates.
Children and youth begin in the sanctuary before leaving for Sunday School.
We welcome visitors and members alike to join us for fellowship, coffee and donuts immediately following worship in the adjacent Concert Hall.
THE PUBLIC IS WELCOME AT ALL SERVICES.
