Activites & Community Outreach - Parish Outreach

Good morning, and welcome! These are typical words you’ll hear when you visit Bay Shore Community Congregational Church before any Sunday or holiday service. The Parish Outreach Commission is responsible for making your first impression of our Church a good one – one that will last for a lifetime.

Parish Outreach is an idea-motivated, action-generating commission with a single goal: to make our church a place of welcome and friendship, not only for our membership but for all who visit here to worship.

Aside from greeting new members, we also run the annual Red Cross Blood Drive, keep the pews fully stocked with literature and current attendance pads, produce the Church Directory, and constantly look for ways to both serve our membership and reach out to our community - for we truly are a community Church.
