About Bay Shore - History

Bay Shore Community Congregational Church was established in 1925 in response to the Christian worship and education needs of the then newly developed area of Belmont Shore. The initial construction on The Toledo included the present Concert Hall and office wing. Between 1940 and 1954, the Christian education wing, carillon tower, sanctuary, and youth center were added.
