Welcome to Bay Shore Community Congregational Church!

We are a community-oriented church nestled in the residential section of Long Beach known as Belmont Shore. 

Just four blocks north of the Pacific Ocean, we are everything our name implies:  near the bay and shore;

people from Christian backgrounds throughout the community worship and attend here; we are congregational

in style of government.   We are affiliated with the United Church of Christ, where every local congregation is

autonomous.

Our worship is theme-related, tying the scripture lesson to practical applications for daily living.  We seek to help

worshippers live by the teachings of Jesus Christ.  Good music and the participation of children are a vital part of our

worship life.

There are dozens of avenues for service, both in the local church and in mission projects, throughout the year.
